We are pleased to announce that on 2nd April 2026, Anglotech Group completed the acquisition of Solutions in Technology, marking our fourth acquisition in four months.
Based in Wales, Solutions in Technology has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable IT services and support to businesses across a wide range of sectors. Their customer-first approach and technical expertise make them a natural fit within the Anglotech Group, further strengthening our position as a multi-service provider across Managed Print, IT, Telecoms, Office Supplies, and Event Rentals.
This acquisition represents another key step in our continued growth journey, expanding both our geographical reach and our in-house technical capabilities.
